Free Exercise and Free Speech after Obergefell

The American Constitution Society and Federalist Society will be cosponsoring a moderated debate between Adam Gustafson and Professor Emeritus Wilson Huhn. This debate will be centered around the balance between religious free exercise and speech and the constitutional authority to regulate that speech and exercise. The event will look at how this balance has evolved since the Obergefell decision.
