Foreign in a Domestic Sense: Current Challenges for Puerto Rico

In a special event hosted by ACS and LLSA, students will learn from Professor Jorge M. Farinacci Fernós, Assistant Professor of Law, Interamerican University of Puerto Rico Law School. Professor Jorge M. Farinacci Fernós will be talking about the current Supreme Court case impacting Puerto Rico, Puerto Rico's hybrid legal system, and current challenges facing the Island in the wake of Hurricane Maria and the governor's resignation.
