Election Law with Professor Mulroy

Professor Steven J. Mulroy is a professor of Law at the University of Memphis Humphreys School of Law. Professor Mulroy is an election law scholar and has participated in landmark litigation including the 2000 Presidential Election "Butterfly Ballot" challenge. Professor Mulroy's latest book is Rethinking U.S. Election Law: Unskewing The System, published in 2018.
