Discrimination in the Workplace: Title VII and Sexual Orientation

The Virgina ACS Student Chapter will be co-hosting the Virginia Employment and Labor Lab Association (VELLA)'s panel will cover major developments in employment discrimination law, as the Supreme Court prepares to consider whether Title VII of the Civil Rights Act protects employees from discrimination based on their sexual orientation. Panelists will include Professors George Rutherglen and Kim Forde-Mazrui.
