Decriminalizing Domestic Violence

The Howard Family Law Society and American Constitution Society present a discussion with Professor Leigh Goodmark from the University of Maryland Carey School of Law. Professor Goodmark will speak about her new book, which looks at the questions of why and how the criminal legal system became the primary response to intimate partner violence in the United States.
