Data Privacy, Immigration, and Public Discontent

This event will feature a discussion of the relationship between data privacy, immigration enforcement, and the First Amendment. The event will feature a panel of Duke Law faculty, and will focus on the intersection of free speech, immigration enforcement, and the use of biometric data and other data privacy issues.
