Coughlin Oral Argument Listening Session and Breakfast

The Stanford Chapter of the American Constitution Society (ACS) and the Native American Law Students Association (NALSA) invite you to our Coughlin Oral Argument Listening Session and Breakfast. In Lac du Flambeau Band of Lake Superior Chippewa Indians v. Coughlin, the Supreme Court will hear oral argument on whether Congress intended to abrogate the sovereign immunity of Indian tribes when it enacted the Bankruptcy Code.
