Constitutional Issues Heading into 2020

The Brooklyn Law School Chapter of the American Constitution Society and the BLS Democrats are hosting a panel discussion on Constitutional issues heading into the 2020 Election cycle. We will be discussing a wide range of issues such as the impeachment inquiry, the Equal Rights Amendment, gun reform, climate change legislation, the War Powers Act, and much more. Speakers will include Professor William Araiza, Professor Susan Herman, and Professor Nicholas Allard.
