Considering the Right to a Healthy Environment

In an age of rapid climate change, is there a developing human right to a healthy and safe natural environment? To whom might such a right apply, and to what effect? In this panel, professors from UGA Law and the Department of Geography will address these questions from perspectives of international environmental law, modern property rights, and international geography of human rights.
