Congressman Hakeem Jeffries in Convo w/Prof. Jerry Goldfeder

Fordham ACS is hosting Congressman Hakeem Jeffries of New York's 8th congressional district in conversation with Prof. Jerry Goldfeder, whose forty-year election law practice has included represented a variety of high profile candidates and elected officials. 

Congressman Jeffries has served NY8 since 2013. A member of the Democratic Party, his district covers parts of Brooklyn and Queens. A corporate lawyer by occupation, he worked for Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton & Garrison, then Viacom and CBS, before running for and serving in the NY State Assembly from 2007-2012, representing the 57th Assembly district. He has also chaired the House Democratic Caucus since 2019.
