Comparative Constitutional Law - Mexico and the U.S.

ACS's Georgia State Law (GSU Law) chapter, alongside the International and Comparative Law Society's GSU law chapter, are pleased to host Nicolas Espejo Yaksic, a highly regarded Mexican legal scholar who will be attending virtually, alongside GSU's own Professor Eric Segall, a highly regarded American legal scholar, for a discussion on the similarities and differences between Mexico and the U.S.'s Constitutions, with a focus on how our respective Supreme Courts function.
