In a major settlement, California utility Pacific Gas & Electric (PG&E), agreed to pay approximately $13.5 billion to the victims of several California wildfires. In response, California enacted sweeping legislation to address future wildfires. Learn from environmental experts on how litigation and legislation can work together to enforce environmental regulations, and the benefits and limits of corporate liability in the face of climate change.
