Clerkships Demystified

RB 140, Northwestern Law

Join us for this panel in which Judge John Z. Lee (NDIL) and Justice Mary Mikva (Illinois Appellate Court) will discuss a law clerk's day-to-day work, their advice on the clerkship application process, and what they look for in clerkship candidates. Northwestern Law alumni Will Gohl ('16) and Valerie Brummel ('17) will also offer insight from a clerk's perspective. This event seeks to educate students about the value and impact they can have as clerks. This is a unique opportunity to learn about clerking and ask any questions in a casual setting. This conversation will be moderated by Professor Janet Brown.
