Challenges and Opportunities for Environmental Protection through the Law

Howard Learner, President and Director of the Environmental Law Policy Center will join us at the Law School to discuss the current opportunities and challenges in environmental law as it relates to issues in Chicago and the midwest more generally. 

More information on Howard Learner: Mr. Learner is responsible for the overall strategic leadership, policy direction and financial platform of ELPC’s successful work promoting clean energy development solutions to climate change problems, advancing transportation innovations and improvements, including development of regional high-speed rail solutions, and preserving the Midwest’s valued natural resources and heritage.
