Vanita Gupta, President and CEO of the Leadership Conference on Civil & Human Rights; the Honorable Robert A. Gordon, bankruptcy judge for the District of Maryland; Alicia Bannon, Managing Director of the Democracy Program at the Brennan Center for Justice; and the Hon. Joseph A. Zayas, Administrative Judge of the Queens Supreme Court (Criminal Term) will discuss diversity on the state and federal benches, how existing institutions pose hurdles to women and people of color, and how to help build more diverse benches for the future.
