Brackeen and its Implications

This will be a joint event between our chapter and the Stanford Law Native Law Students Association (NLSA). It will be an opportunity for students to hear from two Native Law experts -- Professors Elizabeth Reese and Greg Ablavsky -- shortly after the arguments in Brackeen v. Haaland. We intend to provide lunch for everyone who RSVPs, which we anticipate will be about 50 people.
