ACS presents Professor Emeritus and Author Joe Kimble

ACS welcomes Distinguished Professor Emeritus Joseph Kimble to the Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law at Arizona State University from 12:00-1:15 in Room 240 for an in-depth conversation about textualism. Using examples from U. S. Supreme Court cases, Professor Kimble will review textualism’s canons and how they are used to apply and interpret law. This event will engage all those who seek to sharpen their writing skills and their ability to advocate for their positions, regardless of ideological preference.
