ACS Presents: Meet New Faculty

Join the ACS UChicago Student Chapter for a two-part event to meet our new faculty members!

On Monday, October 5, we'll be talking with:

Professor Nicole Hallett, whose scholarship focuses on immigration and labor & employment law, and who is also the director of our Immigrants' Rights Clinc;

Professor Farah Peterson, who recently joined us from UVA and who teaches legal history and statutory interpretaion (she also clerked for Justice Stephen Breyer); and

Professor Sonja Starr, who joined us from Michigan and focuses on race, criminal justice, and the collateral consequences of sentencing.

On Wednesday, October 14, we'll be talking with:

Professor Joshua Macey, whose scholarship focuses on energy law, environmental law, and financial regulation;

Professor Bridget Fahey, who teaches constitutional law and contract law, with an emphasis on principles of federalism (she also clerked for Justice Sonia Sotomayor); and

Professor Hajin Kim, who studies environmental law and psychology, and recently completed her PhD (she also clerked for Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg).
