ACS Northeast Ohio: Judicial Elections in Ohio - The Impact of Partisan Identification

The Buckeye Justice Forum and the ACS NE OH Lawyer Chapter are hosting an event that will explore: (1) the history of judicial elections in Ohio; (2) how partisanship influences public perception of the Courts in Ohio and across the country; and (3) and how judicial elections impact the judiciary. The panel will include Ohio Supreme Court Justice Melody Stewart, Ohio State Professor Lawrence Baum, and University of Pittsburgh Professor Chris Bonneau.
