Join the ACS Nashville Lawyer Chapter for a panel discussion on how money bail systems work, the disparities they create between the haves and have-nots, and the resulting harm to people, families, and communities. The panel will also discuss who profits from the money bail system, who perpetuates it, and just, fair alternatives.
