ACS Minnesota: Sixth Annual Justice David Lillehaug Award for Distinguished Service Ceremony

Please join the Minnesota Lawyer Chapter of the American Constitution Society for our Sixth Annual Justice David Lillehaug Award for Distinguished Service Ceremony, where we honor a leader in the local legal community who has demonstrated a commitment to advancing a vision of the Constitution and law that enhances individual rights and liberties, and promotes genuine equality, access to justice, democracy, and the rule of law.

We congratulate this year's recipient, Justice Margaret Chutich, a former Associate Justice of the Minnesota Supreme Court. Justice Chutich recently retired from the Supreme Court after a celebrated career in public service, which included eight years as an Associate Justice of the Minnesota Supreme Court, five years as a judge on the Court of Appeals, and roles as Assistant Dean at the Humphrey School of Public Affairs, Deputy Minnesota Attorney General, and Assistant United States Attorney.
