ACS Georgia: 2022-2023 Executive Committee Elections

The ACS Georgia Lawyer Chapter is currently seeking candidates to apply for its Executive Committee. The Committee provides leadership, planning, communications, and execution of the GLC’s programming, outreach, advocacy, fundraising, and progressive legal fellowship in the state, with a focus on the metropolitan Atlanta area. Committee members are entrusted generally with maintaining regular meetings, helping plan and run at least one event per year, maintaining and expanding the ACS network, providing guidance to members of ACS law student chapters, and attending ACS events.

Applications are due on or before 5:00 p.m. EDT, Monday, September 26, 2022, and can be accessed here. The positions for which elections will be held are listed in the application. All positions are open to all members, with the added requirement that applicants for Co-Chair or Vice Chair have previously served at least 12 months on the Executive Committee. Applicants may also apply to serve on the Committee in an At-Large role. Please encourage others to apply. The GLC celebrates diversity

Current active, dues-paying members of ACS paid members can cast their ballots at the hybrid election meeting on Thursday, September 29 2022, at 6:00 pm.
