ACS-Federalist Society Environmental Law Debate

ACS and the Federalist Society will be jointly holding a debate style discussion on Environmental Law and Policy. ACS will be bringing in Dr. Alan Jacobs of Youngstown State University. The Federalist Society will be bringing in Becky Norton Dunlop of the Heritage Foundation. The goal of this event is to encourage discourse among Akron Law students and the community on environmental law and policy and the constitutional implications of both sides' suggestions and ideas.
