In light of recent revelations of the actions involving Baltimore County Prosecutors in the Adnan Syed case, this panel discusses what happens when constitutional violations are not made by officers who investigations crimes but the lawyers who work for the people to prosecute them. Please join the American Constitution Society Chicago Lawyer Chapter for a discussion with former and current criminal attorneys to discuss Brady violations and what remedies exist when attorneys are the ones committing the Constitutional Violation.
