The overturning of Roe v Wade in 2022 was just the beginning. The 2023 SCOTUS presents the conservative legal movement with plenty of opportunities, including the ending of affirmative action, rolling back LGBTQ+ rights, and overturning election results— among other potentially explosive decisions.

Our panelists will discuss the most alarming cases of 2023, and offer solutions to counter the radical conservative legal movement.
