The book explores the legal and political history as well as the personal stories of the movement for equality—a movement that did not end with Obergefell.
Professor William Eskridge, Jr., is the John A. Garver Professor of Jurisprudence at Yale Law School. He teaches Constitutional Law, Statutory Interpretation, and Sexuality, Gender, and the Law.
