Abortion on the Supreme Court's Shadow Docket

Starting at noon this Friday, September 17, the Texas Law chapter is hosting an event with Professor Vladeck. Professor Vladeck will discuss how the Supreme Court does and does not handle constitutional issues, and what's changed in recent years with the rise of the "shadow docket." In particular, he will cover how this affected the court's recent handling of Texas' abortion bill.
