ACS Philadelphia Presents Supreme Court at a Crossroads: Congress, the Constitution, and Court Reform Presented by The American Constitution Society and Brennan Center for Justice

The “Supreme Court at a Crossroads” series features in-person and virtual symposia around the country that explores whether Supreme Court reform is necessary and what reform might look like, with experts weighing in on topics including term limits, a binding ethics code, and revisiting the Court's appellate jurisdiction.

The series kicked off in Miami, Florida in July, continued in Nashville, Tennessee in September and Cleveland, Ohio this month, and now travels to Philadelphia.
