ACS South Florida: Supreme Court at a Crossroads: Congress, the Constitution, and Court Reform

The “Supreme Court at a Crossroads” series will feature in-person and virtual symposia around the country that will explore whether Supreme Court reform is necessary and what reform might look like, with experts weighing in on topics including term limits, a binding ethics code, and revisiting the Court's appellate jurisdiction.
The kick-off event will take place on July 28 in Miami, Florida with the ACS South Florida Lawyer Chapter.
Speakers include:
