University of Cincinnati College of Law- Originalism vs. Living Constitutionalism

American Constitution Society and the Federalist Society are hosting a civil discourse to discuss the difference between originalism and living constitutionalism. The Federalist Society has invited Professor Christopher Green from Ohio State University to talk about originalism, and our ACS chapter has invited UC Law Professor Joseph Tomain talk about living constitutionalism. Both speakers will answer 2-3 agreed upon questions from a moderator (Professor Bryant, Con Law professor at UC Law) before the conversation opens up to a Q&A.
