ACS at GSU College of Law Supreme Court Term Review

Kick off the new school year with the American Constitution Society (ACS) at GSU for a conversation with GSU Law Professors Eric Segall, Neil Kinkopf, Anthony Michael Kreis, and Andrew Willinger about the Supreme Court’s 2025–26 Term. The panel will highlight major cases and themes from the Term, offer insight into the Court’s direction, and discuss what these decisions could mean going forward. Designed with 1Ls in mind, this event is a chance to meet GSU’s constitutional law faculty, learn more about ACS, and get an accessible introduction to some of the biggest constitutional issues shaping the law today.
