Last semester, ACS and WACDLS hosted a panel discussion about State v. K.R.C. , a case at the Wisconsin Supreme Court about when children who are interrogated in school are "in custody" for Miranda purposes. The court published its decision in the case on March 26. Join us for a discussion with Profs. Burg and Engberg on Tuesday, April 14 at noon in Room 2260. Lunch will be provided.
