American University Washington College of Law, Yuma Building, Room YT17, Washington, D.C.

Join the American Constitution Society and the Latin Law Students Association for a conversation with Judge Bradley Garcia (U.S. Court of Appeals for the D.C. Circuit). ACS President Phil Brest, the former White House Senior Counsel who directed the Biden administration’s judicial nominations, will lead the conversation. Together, they will explore the evolving role of the federal judiciary and issues like the cases shaping constitutional law, the future of administrative and regulatory authority after recent landmark decisions, and what it means to pursue a career in public interest law. A light lunch will be served.
