Reforming Supreme Court Nominations

We are pleased to announce a seminar-style lunch event with Professor David Pozen on the future of the Supreme Court. Looking at the years ahead, there is dire need for reform in the Supreme Court nomination process, but progressives also need to ask themselves who, in a reformed process, they would like to see on the Supreme Court. Professor Pozen will help attendees navigate and attempt to answer both of these questions on this critically important issue. It is a conversation in which all progressives should be engaging before the next seat on the Supreme Court opens.
