North Dakota Voting Rights Information Session

The North Dakota ACS Student Chapter is hosting and information session about the recent voting rights case in North Dakota; Brakebill v. Jaeger. University of North Dakota School of Law Professor and Director of the Indian Law Certificate program Grant Christensen will speak about the background of voting in North Dakota, Brakebill v. Jaeger, and the affect the voting laws will have on North Dakota's large Native American population in the upcoming election.
