Solving a Crisis in Ethics: Professor Myles Lynk Introduces Proposed Rule 8.4(g)

Join Professor Myles Lynk, former chair of ABA’s Standing Committee on Ethics and Professional Responsibility, for a discussion on Proposed Rule 8.4(g) of Arizona Rules of Professional Conduct. If implemented, Rule 8.4(g) will be the first and only ethical rule in Arizona prohibiting “discrimination on the basis of race, sex, religion, national origin, ethnicity, disability, age, sexual orientation, gender identity, marital status or socioeconomic status in conduct related to the practice of law.”

Professor Lynk will discuss the scope of the rule and will address concerns and arguments advanced by its critics. CLE credit available and dinner from Carolina’s will be provided!
