Currently pending in the District of Massachusetts, Students for Fair Admissions v. Harvard is a case alleging discriminatory admissions practices by the Ivy League school against a group of Asian-American students. Join us for a timely town hall-style discussion with NYLS student organizations and The Lawyers’ Committee for Civil Rights Under Law, an organization that filed an amicus brief on behalf of Harvard in the case.
