LGBT North Carolinians Denied Domestic Violence Protections

The Wake Forest Chapter of American Constitution Society is hosting an event on the deprivation of domestic violence protections for LGBT folks living in North Carolina. Amelie McCool, the attorney leading the appeal, will speak to students and faculty about issues LGBT folks face when seeking domestic violence protections and current litigation surrounding these issues.
