Demystifying Administrative Law & WV. v. EPA

MC 175, Chicago, IL

To help demystify the very complicated area of administrative law ahead of our March 1st panel discussion on upcoming Supreme Court case WV v. EPA, ACS Northwestern is hosting a space on Friday, February 25 from 12–1 pm. Our own Professor Michael Barsa, co-director of the environmental law concentration, will come chat about the EPA and the legal issues in this case, answering any questions for why this is before the Court and what kind of ramifications the decision can have. Students can expect to chat, ask questions, and generally spend time together listening and learning.

Come hang out, decompress, bring your knitting, and if all goes according to plan we'll have coloring books available for everyone to de-stress.
