The National Governors Association (NGA) is collecting state declarations, executive orders and other actions taken to address the COVID-19 pandemic. This resource page includes an Excel spreadsheet that tracks the actions states have taken, a memo outlining legal authorities for state actions, and a recorded webinar on legal preparedness for the public health sector.

The National Conference of State Legislatures (NCSL) is tracking state legislation responding to COVID-19, and has organized federal and state actions by subject area, including education, criminal justice, and elections. NCSL’s site also links to webinars and podcasts.
National Center for State Courts, State courts are responding to the coronavirus to protect the public, while maintaining access to justice
The National Center for State Courts (NCSC) created a resource page for what state courts are doing in response to the COVID-19 pandemic. The page links to examples of administrative orders issued by state supreme courts and local courts, a memo summarizing state and local court actions taken, a Facebook Live webinar, The Coronavirus and the Courts, and resources from a 2019 National Pandemic Summit.
The United States Conference of Mayors, COVID-19: What Mayors Need to Know
The United States Conference of Mayors (USCM) has a resource page detailing what mayors across the country have done and are doing to respond to the pandemic. It includes guidelines and guidance from select cities.
National League of Cities, COVID-19: Local Action Tracker
The National League of Cities and Bloomberg Philanthropies have teamed up to collect and share actions taken by local leaders in response to the COVID-19 Pandemic. The tracker is a searchable spreadsheet.

This state and local government relations company is tracking how states and localities are responding to the crisis. Their tools include information about how states have defined “essential” businesses, and which states have imposed travel restrictions.
