The United States Conference of Mayors (USCM) has a resource page detailing what mayors across the country have done and are doing to respond to the pandemic. It includes guidelines and guidance from select cities.

National League of Cities, COVID-19: Local Action Tracker

The National League of Cities and Bloomberg Philanthropies have teamed up to collect and share actions taken by local leaders in response to the COVID-19 Pandemic. The tracker is a searchable spreadsheet.
