King v. Burwell Oral Argument Preview

On February 26, 2015, ACS hosted a breifing call to hear from two leading legal scholars on what is at stake in the latest legal challenge to the Affordable Care Act. The U.S. Supreme Court will hear oral argument in King v. Burwell on March 4. The call featured Erwin Chemerinsky, Dean and Distinguished Professor of Law, Raymond Pryke Professor of First Amendment Law at the University of California, Irvine School of Law and author of The Case Against the Supreme Court, as well as  Abbe R. Gluck, Professor of Law at Yale Law School.
