Mark Alpert

Assistant Director of Administration

Mark Alpert joined ACS in January 2019 and serves as Assistant Director of Administration.  

Alpert previously worked as a legislative intern for the Jewish Federations of North America, where he assisted efforts to expand access to Medicare/Medicaid and end LGBTQ+ discrimination in the foster care system. Prior to that, he served as an intern for Congresswoman Carolyn Maloney (D-NY-12), where he helped facilitate the Congresswoman’s efforts to pass the Equal Rights Amendment. Before interning on the Hill, he worked as a paralegal in New York City.

Alpert received his B.A. in Philosophy from Muhlenberg College with a minor in Political Science. In his spare time, he enjoys reading about U.S. History, learning piano and guitar, and playing intramural basketball.
