Jordan Guillen

Chapters Associate

Jordan Guillen (he/him) joined ACS in June 2022 and serves as the Chapters Associate. In this capacity, he works with the Chapter Team to support the work of our ACS Chapters, including assisting with programming, network building, and annual events.

Prior to joining ACS, Jordan served as a research intern at the Death Penalty Information Center (DPIC), a non-profit organization serving the media and public with analysis and information about capital punishment. In this position, he worked on aggregating and comparing data for DPIC’s databases of every person sentenced to death in the U.S. since 1972. He also helped hone DPIC’s recruitment data bases and tracked DPIC’s influence in the media.

While in high-school, Jordan earned his AA Degree in Political Science at Los Angeles Mission College. He then received his B.A. in Political Science - Public Service and Sociology with an emphasis in Law & Society from the University of California, Davis. In his free time, Jordan loves to read, cook, and run. Jordan is based out of Washington, DC.
