Hayley Durudogan

Director of Policy and Program

Hayley Durudogan is Director of Policy and Program at the American Constitution Society, where she oversees the democracy and voting rights portfolio. Before joining ACS, Durudogan worked at the Center for American Progress, leading and contributing to research, policy development, and public engagement on the Supreme Court, executive power, voting rights, and democratic institutions. She previously served as a Dorot Fellow at Alliance for Justice and held positions at the National Women’s Law Center, Free Speech For People, and NARAL Pro-Choice Virginia, where her work encompassed judicial nominations, voting rights, civil rights, and reproductive rights. 

Durudogan received her J.D. from the University of California, Berkeley, School of Law, where she served as Director of the Moot Court program and was elected to the Order of the Barristers. She graduated summa cum laude and Phi Beta Kappa from the University of Richmond with a B.A. in History.
