Dilenia Santos

Office Manager

Dilenia Santos joined ACS in 2021 and currently serves as an Office Manager.

Prior to joining ACS, Dilenia worked as the community liaison for the Washington Heights Expeditionary Learning School (WHEELS) in New York. She has also interned for Uptown Progressive Action where she had the pleasure of coordinating rallies for elected community officials, participated in workshops on healthcare such as the New York Health Act, and encouraged voter registration.

While attending the State University of New York at New Paltz, Dilenia served as both an administrative assistant and research assistant alongside the president of the university. This research focused on renaming the Hasbrouck Building Complex. The mission, mainly leading towards the creation of a proposal that helps educate future students, faculty, and alumni of the history of the Huguenot patentees, Indigenous people, and enslaved Africans.

Dilenia earned her B.A. in Black Studies at the State University of New York at New Paltz in May of 2020. During her leisure, Dilenia enjoys exploring new restaurants, journaling, and exploring different community service opportunities.
