The event will be a discussion with Keith Bradley on the judicial appointment process, and the current vacancy in the Colorado Supreme Court. Keith Bradley is co-chair of the Appellate & Supreme Court Practice at Squire Patton Boggs. He represents companies and individuals in appeals before federal and state courts and has argued before the Supreme Court and appeals courts across the country. He specializes in challenges to regulatory policy, such as Administrative Procedure Act litigation. He has achieved substantial results in litigation across a spectrum of agencies, including the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), Health and Human Services (HHS), Department of Energy (DOE), Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) and more. He has argued and prevailed in federal appeals courts across the country and the US Supreme Court
