He chairs the State Bar's Lawyers Assistance Program and has led numerous seminars on relaxation techniques for both lawyers and non-lawyers over the past twelve years. As a certified Integral Coach and breathwork practitioner, Plamen also provides breath and stress coaching for individuals and groups.
