Guest Speakers Professor Eskow, Professor Sepper, and Professor Grove will review, discuss, and provide insight into the most recent slate of Supreme Court decisions. Furthermore, they will illustrate how these decisions exemplify broader legal trends across the later years of the Roberts Court. There is no need to RSVP.

In light of the Supreme Court decisions that have released at the end of this session we would like to host an event talking about this current court's relationship with the rule of law and constitutional ideologies. Being that there are mountains to talk about regarding each decision that was announced we want to host a more general "state of the supreme court" type discussion that introduces the ideologies behind these recent decisions and the trajectory of this Court.

The students of the UNC ACS Chapter will be providing questions to Professor Gene Nichol before the event and moderating through the event.
