Latest 11/22/2019: This week the Senate confirmed Barbara Lagoa (11th Cir.) by a vote of 80-15 and Robert Luck (11th Cir.) by a vote of 64-31. A majority of circuit courts now have a majority of Republican-appointed judges. Details in On the Bench.
