The D.C. Bar and ACS Present Constitution in the Classroom

The U.S. Constitution is at the foundation of law in America. The American Constitution Society and the D.C. Bar are teaching young minds about our nation’s founding document so that future generations understand that the law guarantees justice and equality for all. Twice a year, the D.C. Bar partners with ACS to bring students to the D.C. Bar headquarters for a special presentation of ACS's Constitution in the Classroom program.

Every year, through Constitution in the Classroom, thousands of children around the country learn about the fundamental values enshrined in the Constitution. Volunteer today to teach elementary, middle or high school students about the Constitution. We have lesson plans and other resources to make it easy!
